Location. In the middle of the entertainment district of Atlantic City (N.J.), is the Tropicana Casino Resort located on the Boardwalk, just 12 miles from the Atlantic City International Airport. The hotel is one-half mile from Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Ocean One Pier.
Hotel Features. This three-tower complex houses Las Vegas-style entertainment in its three story casino, The Quarter, with 10 restaurants, shopping, theater shows and spas. Expert Tip. The Atlantic City Boardwalk was built to literally keep sand out of the tourists' shoes. At one mile in length, the Boardwalk opened on June 26, 1870. Today, the Boardwalk has been extended and stretches just over four miles.
